Planificando Jobshadowing a Finlandia

Aunque aún estamos de vacaciones, tenemos que ir organizando y planificando nuestro primer jobshadowing en Finlandia, en concreto en nuestra visita al instituto Vaskivuore de Väntää. Esta es la propuesta que enviamos a nuestros socios sobre nuestros objetivos y las actividades que queremos realizar:

3.- GENERAL OBJECTIVES
  • ●  Getting to know the Finnish educational system.
  • ●  Looking for and setting a future relationship in a KA2 project.
  • ●  New technologies, ICT facilities, digital books and/or materials, innovative methodologies(all participants).
  • ●  Following up, monitoring and adjusting the mini-Erasmus project proposals carried out with students at 1st Year of Bachillerato from IES La Patacona (Paloma and Josep). 
  • ●  School management, teachers coordination, management work in general (Josep).
  • ●  Observation of Orientation Department and work with students with Special Educational Needs (Paloma).
  • ●  Observation of Technology lessons and/or radio, TV, media organization etc. (Josep). 
  • ●  Observation of Music lessons, all aspects of music and arts in general, like recording sessions, etc. (Fernando).
  • 4.-PLANNING
    Timetables information from host school pending to receive.
    At Vaskivuore School in Väntää. ( Four days to carry out the following activities)
  • ●  Guided tour at the school. Getting to know the school’s facilities. (Everyone)
  • ●  Meeting the managing team (Everyone).
    • ○  Presentation of our school: current projects carried out, monitoring our current collaborative project and proposals of future cooperation between our schools.
    • ○  Finnish educational system at post-compulsory secondary education (Bachillerato
      in Spain). Specific features at Vaskivuoren (educational project).
  • ●  Specific of Mini Erasmus project (responsible teachers: Paloma and Josep).
    • ○  Meeting with Mini-Erasmus project coordinator. Monitoring, assessment and adjustment of the project.
    • ○  Meeting with the Spanish students participating in the Mini Erasmus project.
    • ○  Informal talk to sort doubs and prepare the syllabus scheduled for the course that
      the Finnish students will take in IES La Patacona school.
    • ○  Presentation of IES Patacona to Finnish students during their Spanish lessons with
      the aim to promote the project for the next school year.
  • ●  Meeting with Orientation Department (Paloma).
    • ○  Work of the department: structure, number of professionals, coordination with other local institutions and support to the students.
    • ○  Access and educational guidance/orientation.
    • ○  Relations with tutors and other teachers.
  • ●  Meeting with Music, Dance and Media Departments (Fernando).
    • ○  Observation of classes where the musical syllabus is scheduled:
      • Musical Knowledge and History of Music.
      • Big Band.
      • Choir .
      • Rock music .
      • Auditory training .
      • Chamber music.
      • Individual instrumental tuition.
      • Classical solo-singing.
      • Recording and computer-generated music techniques .
    • ○  Getting to know the way that musical productions are carried out: production topic, elaboration of the story, composition of the musical part, rehearsals, etc.
